- Navigate to \\srv-hdmfs\TCMS\tcms_purged
- Find the correct folder for your publication wvgazettemail_local or heralddispatch_local. Most are under Herald except for the Gazette, Metro, and Gazette Saturday.
- Once in the correct folder find your publication and enter that folder. In the folder will be other folders marked with the day of the month 1-31. Find the date that you need to clear out and remove the last months files.
- If you delete one of the articles from that day and need to restore, then you can right click in the folder select properties and then previous versions. Select and open a folder from before you removed the file then just drag the deleted file into the active folder from the previous version folder.
