- Go to the Mitel server page 192.168.0.53 and then users and services to search for the user you want to setup as a teleworker. After you bring up their profile go to the teleworker tab to see if it is enabled. If it is not, add a new teleworker here by selecting their extension and then enabling teleworker mode.
***If it is enabled here, you should be able to connect the phone with the next steps. I suggest that someone take the phone home and set this up for the user instead of sending it to them and trying to walk them through this progress.***
2. To setup the phone in teleworker mode, you need to hold the blue settings button while plugging in the ethernet cord to power the phone.

- This screen will appear, and you should press * to configure the phone.

- Scroll through the options by pressing pound until you see Phone Mode then hit *.

- Press # to skip the protcol screen and then press * when you see Config Teleworker.

- You want to press # to create new settings.

- Press * for IPV4.

- Enter the teleworker gateway 216.012.119.145. Make sure you enter the 0 as the phone doesn’t have a way to skip to the next set of numbers without entering 3 digits.

- Press the up arrow on the phone to save the settings and after it is saved pull the power to reboot and it should connect.
