1. Go to the Mitel server page 192.168.0.53 and then users and services to search for the user you want to setup as a teleworker. After you bring up their profile go to the teleworker tab to see if it is enabled. If it is not, add a new teleworker here by selecting their extension and then enabling teleworker mode.
   ***If it is enabled here, you should be able to connect the phone with the next steps. I suggest that someone take the phone home and set this up for the user instead of sending it to them and trying to walk them through this progress.***

2. To setup the phone in teleworker mode, you need to hold the blue settings button while plugging in the ethernet cord to power the phone.

3. This screen will appear, and you should press * to configure the phone.

4. Scroll through the options by pressing pound until you see Phone Mode then hit *.

5. Press # to skip the protcol screen and then press * when you see Config Teleworker.

6. You want to press # to create new settings.

7. Press * for IPV4.

8. Enter the teleworker gateway 216.012.119.145. Make sure you enter the 0 as the phone doesn’t have a way to skip to the next set of numbers without entering 3 digits.

9. Press the up arrow on the phone to save the settings and after it is saved pull the power to reboot and it should connect.
