Customer Service Calls Not Routing

  1. If internal calls are working and customer service is logged in, but not getting calls then it could be an issue with the Gazette Mitel server.
  2. Login to CS-SRVMAIN on Splashtop with the admin credentials.
  3. Once logged into the server open services from the icon on the start menu or search for it.
  4. Once you have the services window open, look for the MiContact Center MiTAI Proxy and restart it. If that doesn’t work you may need to reboot the entire server.
