- If internal calls are working and customer service is logged in, but not getting calls then it could be an issue with the Gazette Mitel server.
- Login to CS-SRVMAIN on Splashtop with the admin credentials.
- Once logged into the server open services from the icon on the start menu or search for it.
- Once you have the services window open, look for the MiContact Center MiTAI Proxy and restart it. If that doesn’t work you may need to reboot the entire server.
